Falcon Cairn

I find myself photographing rock cairns on hiking trails, on beaches, anywhere there are rocks that can be balanced one on the other. In this bronze, a small falcon is perched on the top of the cairn searching for his next meal. It is oblivious to the fact that there is a small mouse hiding in the crevice between two rocks.  Hunter or prey?  I’m rooting for the mouse.
